With close to 20 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Gemma brings an extensive and knowledgeable approach and a genuine passion for helping people navigate what is often one of life’s biggest decisions. Gemma grew up in Busselton and, after spending several years working in Perth, has recently made the move back to the South West — ‘a region I’m proud to call home and one I know well’.

Gemma believes the best results come from being both personable and professional. She enjoys building strong, long-term relationships with clients and take pride in being someone people can rely on. Friends and colleagues would describe Gemma as loyal, dependable, and approachable, and she aims to bring those same qualities into every client interaction, along with clear communication and attention to detail.

Outside of work, Gemma’s weekends are usually spent keeping up with her energetic three-year-old daughter, who keeps her grounded, busy, and smiling. Gemma is genuinely grateful for the opportunity to join the Busselton Property Group team and looks forward to growing both personally and professionally.
